Shipping Policy — Not Done

Thank you for supporting Not Done. Every hoodie is made to order, meaning production begins after your purchase is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and create intentionally.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier conditions, holidays, or weather delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Costs

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We can only correct addresses before the order has entered production.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Please check with neighbors or your local carrier.

  2. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us and we will assist in investigating the matter.

Not Done is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply.
