Thank you for supporting Not Done. Each hoodie is made to order, which means it is produced specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Because of this, our return policy is slightly different from traditional retail.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

Once reviewed, we will either send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.
Sizing
Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. Because items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind.
If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before placing your order and we will gladly help.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Refunds (if approved)

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

Shipping Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact your local carrier. If the issue cannot be resolved, email us and we will help investigate.
